Yes! We offer free UK delivery on orders over £15 via Royal Mail. For international orders, please select your country for more details.

How long will my order take to arrive
For UK orders, delivery takes up to 7 business days after ordering.
International orders may sometimes take longer than Royal Mail's estimated timeframes due to customs processing or unforeseen delays. We appreciate your patience and are here to assist you if needed.
Will I have to pay customs and duties on my order
International orders may be subject to customs and duty fees as set by your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Numa Estilo. We recommend checking your local customs policies before placing an order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
General T&C's
If for any reason you're unhappy with your order or have changed your mind, we accept returns and exchanges on unused items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items must be new, unused, and unworn, with their original packaging intact and undamaged, in the same condition as received.
Exemptions to Returns and Exchanges
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Earrings and piercing jewellery for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
- Mystery boxes once opened.
- Personalised items that have been customised.
- Gift-wrap
- Shipping charges.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will contact you.
Do you offer free returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If your item is faulty, we will provide a full refund, including the original shipping cost once the return is received.
For change-of-mind returns or exchange, you’re welcome to send the item back using your preferred shipping method. However, we do not offer pre-paid return labels, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed once the return is received and reviewed.
How do I return or exchange my item
Returning a Numa Estilo piece is simple and stress-free. Here’s how:
- Email us – Contact us at info@numaestilo.co.uk to request a return or exchange . If your item is faulty, please include a clear photo of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
- Send it back – Return your item within 28 days of delivery using your preferred shipping method.
- Receive confirmation – We’ll notify you once we receive your item and process your return or exchange.
💡 Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect orders or faulty products, where we’ll cover the return cost.
How long do returns or exchange take to process
We strive to process returns within 14 working days after receiving your item.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, though processing times may vary depending on your bank. During busier periods, it may take up to 30 working days, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
For exchanges, once the returned item has been received and inspected, the replacement will be sent within 3 working days.
The same delivery rules apply—if the item's value qualifies for free delivery, the exchange will also be shipped free of charge. Otherwise, the lowest applicable delivery charge will apply, depending on the destination country.

Do you offer a repair or restringing service
Yes, we offer restringing and repair services for pearls and beads for a small fee. Simply email us at info@numaestilo.co.uk with a photo of your jewellery, and we'll assess it and guide you through the next steps.
Can I get a replacement if I've lost one of my earrings
